Top 8 Highest Rated Tattoo Shops in New Orleans

The Big Easy, NOLA, The Crescent City, Nawlins, The City That Care Forgot – no matter what you call it, New Orleans is a city rich in history, including tattoo history. The city is even the home of The New Orleans Tattoo Museum, which preserves the history of tattooing in America, with a focus on New Orleans.
It’s no surprise, then, that New Orleans is home to so many really great tattoo shops and artists. And, as always, we know how difficult it can be to find a shop that has trustworthy reviews and ratings. To help, we have compiled data from shops in the city and have listed the top 8 highest rated establishments below. This doesn’t mean that there aren’t other great shops in the city, but these are the highest rated.
Read on to see the list and read a little bit about each shop.
If you have received a tattoo from one of these shops, please leave a comment below or register (it’s free) and leave a review within the shop’s listing.
