We were so overwhelmed by the number of highly rated and reviewed tattoo shops in the area that we decided, for this list, to focus on shops in Phoenix proper.
Below you will find the top 10 highest rated and reviewed establishments in the city. Remember, this doesn’t mean that there aren’t a ton of other great shops and artists, but these are the parlors we have found to be the most highly rated and reviewed on a consistent basis.

Mikey at High Noon is One of the best tattoo artist I’m going to have him do a outdoor wildlife tattoo along with my hockey tattoos
Mikey at Hogh Noon has done an awesome job on my Coral Reef Leg Sleeve. I gave him the idea and he turned it into the masterpiece. Mikey does great work and will carry on a conversation with you the entire time you’re there. Definitely recommend!
